Compression Packing
Standard and custom elastomer O-rings and cord stock in NBR, EPDM, FKM, silicone, neoprene, HNBR, FFKM, aflas, and other speciality compounds.
ExploreMaterials We Work With
We stock over 2,000 sheet, roll, and profile materials, covering standard rubber and fibre grades through to speciality PTFE, graphite, and high-temperature alloys.
Rubber & Elastomers
We stock rubber compounds and elastomer grades for sealing, vibration damping, diaphragm, and dust exclusion applications across all industries.
- EPDM
- Neoprene (CR)
- Nitrile (NBR)
- FKM (Viton)
Compressed Fibre & Gasket Sheet
Our compressed fibre and gasket sheet range spans CNAF jointing, flexible graphite, and composite laminate sheets for general to severe sealing duty — flexible graphite to 450 °C in oxidising service, and Class 2500 flange ratings.
- CNAF sheet (NBR, SBR, EPDM, CR, FKM, silicone)
- High-temp mineral fibre CNAF
- PTFE-filled CNAF
- Modified PTFE sheet
PTFE & Fluoropolymers
PTFE offers near-universal chemical resistance across a service range of −200 °C to +260 °C, making it the material of choice for aggressive chemical, pharmaceutical, and food-grade sealing applications.
- Virgin PTFE sheet
- Filled PTFE (glass, carbon, bronze, stainless)
- Expanded PTFE (ePTFE)
- Modified PTFE (low creep)
Broad Stock Range
Elastomers, fibres, PTFE, graphite, insulation, and metallic grades held in our Blacktown warehouse.
Material Traceability
Mill certificates, batch records, and test reports available on request.
Application Guidance
In our experience, getting material selection right upfront avoids most causes of gasket failure. Talk to us about your operating conditions: temperature, pressure, and media.
Speciality & Custom Grades
Access to non-stock and speciality compounds through our supplier network.
How We Manufacture
From drawing to dispatch, our production process combines modern cutting technology with hands-on quality checks at every stage.
CNC Cutting & Digital Nesting
Digital nesting, CNC knife cutting, and conventional die tooling for precise, repeatable results.
Custom Tooling
Custom dies and fixtures for complex profiles, non-standard shapes, and high-volume runs.
Quality Control
Every production step gets manual dimensional checks before packing — a deliberate redundancy that catches issues automated systems can miss.
Technical Support
Practical guidance on drawings, tolerances, material selection, and gasket suitability.
Industries We Serve
Gasket manufacturing and material supply for 19 industries across six sectors, from mining and oil & gas through to food processing and defence.

Frequently Asked Questions
We manufacture the full range: soft-cut gaskets (compressed non-asbestos fibre, rubber, PTFE, graphite), spiral wound, ring joint, Kammprofile, and flange isolation kits. We also supply compression packing, O-rings, extruded profiles, expansion joints, and fasteners. We cut to standard flange dimensions or custom profiles from your drawings; for anything not listed, get in touch.
Standard and non-emergency orders are typically dispatched within one to two business days. Complex or large-volume orders may take longer depending on material availability and tooling requirements. For urgent jobs, contact our sales team to discuss an expedited timeline.
Yes. Send your profile in any common format — DXF, DWG, PDF, STEP, even a dimensioned sketch — and we'll cut it. We work across most cutting and finishing methods (CNC knife, laser, waterjet, routing, die cutting, turning, and others); for a less common process, get in touch and we'll find the way. No minimum order quantity for custom work.
We hold over 2,000 material grades in stock. That covers soft-cut sheet (compressed fibre, EPDM, NBR, neoprene, silicone, Viton, PTFE, and flexible graphite), insulation boards, and metallic grades. On the metallic side, stock runs from common stainless, copper, and aluminium through to nickel superalloys — Inconel, Hastelloy, and Monel — used in high-temperature and defence applications. Beyond the stock we hold on site, our supply partners across the globe extend our reach to almost any material.
Yes. Mill certificates, batch records, and material test reports are available on request for traceable supply. Contact us with your order reference and we will arrange the documentation.
