Quality You Can Trace, Verify, and Document

ISO 9001-certified quality management with traceable measurement, material documentation, and controlled production environments.

Accreditations

Our Certifications

ISO 9001:2015

Quality Management: covers design, sourcing, production, and dispatch. Certificate available on request.

ISO 45001:2018

Occupational Health & Safety: covers workplace safety, training records, and incident reporting. Certificate available on request.

Measurement & Dimensional Verification

We calibrate all measurement equipment through NATA-accredited laboratories (NATA is Australia's national measurement accreditation body), traceable to NMI primary standards. Dimensional inspection runs from first article through production. Non-conforming dimensions against the inspection plan are caught before the part ships.

For critical applications, we provide formal inspection reports, controlled sampling plans based on ISO 2859-1:1999 (Acceptance Quality Limit), or 100% inspection of specified dimensions, documented and delivered with the order.

Material Traceability & Documentation

Our batch records link every finished part back to its incoming material lot. The chain starts at goods receipt, not at dispatch. In our experience, the gaps that catch teams out tend to sit upstream of production, not in it. Certificates of Conformance (CofC), Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and Material Test Reports (MTRs) are available on request to connect your delivered parts to verified material data.

Arrange traceability documentation at time of order so the evidence chain is in place from material receipt through to delivery.

Accredited Laboratory Partnerships

Where projects require formal material testing beyond standard production checks, we coordinate with NATA-accredited laboratory partners operating under ISO/IEC 17025 (the international standard for testing-laboratory competence). Reports issued under laboratory accreditation are accepted by third-party auditors, certifying bodies, and government regulators.

We agree testing scope at order: typically chemical resistance, tensile strength, elongation, and material identification. Test methods are drawn from your project specification or the relevant AS or ISO standard.

Production Handling & Packaging

Some applications won't tolerate contamination, surface contact, or an untracked storage chain. We've found that contamination requirements raised at order are straightforward to plan for; the ones discovered at delivery are not. We adapt handling, packaging, and storage to suit: individual wrapping and labelling at one end, controlled-storage shelf-life management at the other.

If your application has specific handling, packaging, or contamination considerations, raise them at enquiry and we'll plan production accordingly.

Regulated Sectors

Sectors We Support

Regulated procurement frameworks impose documentation requirements that a standard supplier can't always meet: EN 10204 Type 3.1 mill certificates for defence and aerospace, USP Class VI biocompatibility for medical and pharmaceutical, AS/NZS 4020 potable water certification for drinking-water systems. Our quality systems are set up for all of them.

Need to Specify Quality Requirements for Your Next Order?

Our Inspection & Quality Control Guide explains what controls are available and what to specify at order time, so there's no gap between what you need and what the paperwork shows. It covers internal inspection, formal inspection plans, sampling regimes, and documented reporting.

We Maintain Full Records for Every Order

Traceability documentation, material test reports, formal inspection records, and Certificates of Conformance are arranged at time of order. Specify them at enquiry and the paperwork will be ready when your auditor calls for it.

For background on the dimensional tolerance bands we work to, see our Manufacturing Tolerances reference. When the part you need predates available drawings, our reverse-engineering capability captures geometry from the worn original.

Audit pack or certification required?

We supply our ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certificates on request, and coordinate AS/NZS 4020, USP Class VI, and other test reports through NATA-accredited laboratory partners. Send us your audit-framework requirement and we'll confirm what we can issue ourselves and what we route through partner labs.
