High-Tensile Flange Fasteners

Stud bolts, hex head bolts, heavy hex nuts, hardened washers for flanged piping connections. B7/2H carbon steel and B8/B8M stainless are our bread and butter, stocked to ASTM A193/A194. Exotic alloys (Inconel, Monel, Duplex, Super Duplex) are available on order, though lead times vary depending on size and grade.

Types & Variants

Stud Bolts

Continuous threaded or double-end studs to ASME B16.5 flange dimensions. Stocked in M16–M36 and ⅝″–1½″ sizes.

Hex Bolts & Nuts

Heavy hex bolts and nuts to ASTM A193/A194 and AS 1252 for structural and flanged connections.

Washers

Hardened flat washers to ASTM F436. Also: Nord-Lock, Belleville, and insulating washers.

Exotic Alloy Fasteners

Stud bolts and nuts in Inconel 625, Monel 400, Hastelloy C-276, Duplex 2205, and Titanium Grade 2.

Common Applications

Piping Flanges

Standard flange bolting for ASME B16.5 and AS 4087 flanged joints from Class 150 through Class 2500.

Pressure Vessels

Bolting for vessel heads, manways, and nozzle connections per AS 1210 and ASME VIII requirements.

Structural Connections

High-strength structural bolting for steel connections per AS 1252 / AS 4100.
