High Temperature PTFE Belts
PTFE Conveyor Belts & Process Tapes
PTFE-coated fibreglass belts and tapes work as conveyor surfaces in heat tunnels, packaging machines, and food processing lines. The coating handles continuous service up to 260 °C and nothing sticks to it: melted plastic, adhesives, baked-on food. That non-stick surface is also what makes them wear items, so matching the right grade to your duty cycle matters.
Types & Variants
Open Mesh Belts
Woven fibreglass mesh coated in PTFE. Allows airflow through the belt for drying, curing, and shrink-wrapping tunnels.
Solid Belts
Closed-weave PTFE-coated fibreglass for smooth conveying surfaces. Used in food processing and packaging machines.
Process Tapes
Adhesive-backed PTFE tapes applied to heat seal bars, hot plates, and chutes to prevent sticking.
Custom Belts
Belts fabricated to your machine dimensions with tracking guides, clipper lacing, or endless splices.
Common Applications
Food Processing
Conveying baked goods, confectionery, and frozen products through heating, cooling, and drying stages.
Packaging
Heat seal bars, shrink tunnels, and L-sealers where non-stick release is required.
Textile & Printing
Dryer belts and fusing press covers for textile finishing and digital printing operations.
