Fireproof Wraps & Barriers
Passive fire protection for flanged connections, valves, and piping: fire-rated wrap systems, intumescent coatings, ceramic fibre blankets, and fire-resistant enclosures. All tested to hydrocarbon fire standards. We usually start from your fire safety assessment or HAZOP. Without that, there's no reliable way to confirm the rating requirement.
Types & Variants
Fire-Rated Wraps
Multi-layer wrapping systems for flanges, valves, and pipe supports. Tested to hydrocarbon fire curves (H-rated).
Intumescent Coatings
Coatings that expand when exposed to fire, forming an insulating char layer over steel surfaces.
Ceramic Fibre Products
High-temperature blankets and boards for fire barriers, gaskets, and equipment insulation classified to 1260 °C (continuous use ~1000 °C; AES low-biopersistent grades available).
Fire-Resistant Enclosures
Pre-fabricated enclosures for valves and actuators providing fire protection for a rated duration.
