O-Rings & Cord
Standard & Custom Elastomer O-Rings and Cord Stock
We hold thousands of O-rings in stock (Nitrile, Viton, EPDM, Silicone) across AS 1646 (metric) and AS 568 (imperial) size ranges. Need Kalrez, Aflas, or HNBR? Those are on order but typically a few days out. We've matched plenty of grooves where the OEM doesn't publish dimensions; bore and housing depth is enough for us to calculate the right cross-section. For non-standard diameters, we cut and vulcanise cord stock to suit.
Types & Variants
Standard O-Rings
Moulded O-rings in AS 568 (imperial) and AS 1646 (metric) sizes. Stocked in Nitrile, Viton, EPDM, and Silicone.
Cord Stock
Extruded elastomer cord in round cross-sections from 1 mm to 25 mm diameter. Cut and vulcanised to make O-rings in any diameter.
Speciality Compounds
Kalrez (FFKM), Aflas (TFE/P), HNBR, and FDA-compliant compounds for chemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing.
Quad Rings & X-Rings
Four-lobed cross-section seals that resist the spiral twist you get with standard O-rings in dynamic applications. They drop into the same groove with no housing modification needed.
