Seals & Packing

Mechanical Seals

Rotary & Stationary Seal Assemblies

We supply mechanical shaft seals for centrifugal pumps, mixers, agitators, and other rotating equipment in single, double (dual), and cartridge configurations. Face materials range from carbon-graphite and silicon carbide to tungsten carbide. Getting the face pairing right matters: the wrong combination in abrasive slurry will wear through in weeks.

Types & Variants

Single Seals

Standard configuration with one set of sealing faces. Suited to most clean-water and general-duty pump applications.

Double (Dual) Seals

Two seal faces in series with a barrier or buffer fluid between them. Required for hazardous, toxic, or zero-emission service.

Cartridge Seals

Pre-assembled, pre-set units that install as one piece. Takes the guesswork out of setting the seal face gap, which is a common source of premature failure with component seals.

Component Seals

Individual seal faces, O-rings, springs, and drive components for rebuilding existing seal assemblies.

Common Applications

Water & Wastewater Pumps

Centrifugal pumps in treatment plants, lift stations, and distribution networks.

Chemical Process Pumps

ANSI and ISO chemical-duty pumps handling corrosive, abrasive, or hazardous media.

Mixers & Agitators

Shaft seals for side-entry and top-entry mixers in tanks and reactors.
