Reverse Engineering

From Worn Part to Precision Replacement

When drawings are unavailable or the original spec is lost, we reverse-engineer the part directly. Send a worn gasket, a damaged sample, or a bare flange face.

  • Digital capture - send us the part or we come to you; mating faces and worn profiles digitised on-site or in our workshop using precision scanning
  • Precision reconstruction - captured geometry cleaned, scaled, and converted into a fully dimensioned manufacturing-ready CAD profile
  • Rapid turnaround - typically 2–5 business days from physical part to cut-ready file for standard profiles, so your production line keeps moving
