Soft-Cut Gaskets
CNAF, Rubber, PTFE, Graphite, and more
We cut non-metallic gaskets from sheet stock to your drawing, sample, or standard flange dimensions: CNAF, rubber, PTFE, flexible graphite, cork composites. CNC knife for most jobs, waterjet or laser when the geometry or material demands it. Die cutting makes sense once quantities justify the tooling.
Types & Variants
Compressed Fibre (CNAF)
General-purpose gaskets in Klingersil, Donit, and equivalent compressed fibre sheets. Rated to 100 bar and 200 °C depending on grade.
Rubber Gaskets
Full-face and ring gaskets in Nitrile (NBR), EPDM, Neoprene, Viton, and Silicone sheet. For water, chemical, and food-grade applications.
PTFE Gaskets
Virgin and filled PTFE sheets cut to shape. Handles virtually all media except molten alkali metals. Watch for cold-flow under sustained bolt load, especially on larger flanges.
Graphite Gaskets
Flexible graphite sheet gaskets with or without tanged metal inserts. The go-to for steam and high-temperature flange joints, though you'll want the tanged version if there's any chance of blowout.
Cork & Cork-Rubber
Good for oil, fuel, and solvent sealing at low pressures. You'll see these on gearbox covers, sumps, and inspection plates. Not suited to steam or high-temperature duty.
Insulating Gaskets
Non-conductive gasket materials including G10/G11 fibreglass laminate and phenolic composites for electrical isolation.

Water & Wastewater
Pump housings, valve bonnets, pipe flanges, and filter covers across treatment plants.
Chemical Processing
Reactor vessels, heat exchangers, and piping in corrosive service requiring chemical-resistant materials.
Mining & Minerals
Slurry pumps, crusher housings, and process equipment subject to abrasion and vibration.
General Maintenance
Replacement gaskets for any flanged connection, cut from stock sheet or to your sample.
