Industrial & MRO Gaskets

Stock availability and rapid turnaround for maintenance, repair, and operations.

Unplanned downtime costs money. We support Australian MRO teams with a deep inventory of standard gaskets and the ability to cut any profile from sheet stock, often the same day. From planned shutdowns to emergency leaks, we keep your facility sealed and running.

1,000+ Standard gasket sizes stocked
Same Day Emergency turnaround (stock materials)
5 International flange standards
ISO 9001 Certified quality management
The MRO Partner

One Supplier for Every Gasket & Seal

MRO sealing covers everything from boiler-room flange gaskets to cleanroom door seals. Rather than juggling multiple vendors, our customers use us as a single source: one call, one account, one set of documents.

We hold sheet stock in CNAF, rubber, PTFE, and graphite, ready for same-day waterjet or die cutting. For non-standard equipment, our reverse-engineering capability turns old gaskets, sketches, or site measurements into precision replacements.

Why MRO Teams Choose Us

  • Same-day turnaround on stock materials
  • Reverse engineering from samples or drawings
  • Five international flange table standards — including Australian (AS 2129), North American (ASME), European (DIN/EN), and Japanese (JIS) — plus Australian pressure-vessel and piping codes (AS 1210, AS 4041)
  • One supplier for gaskets, O-rings, packing, and tapes

Workshop Tip

If you don't know the original gasket material and the service is water or steam below 200 °C, compressed non-asbestos fibre (CNAF) is the safe default. It's the material we cut most for unplanned breakdowns, and it handles the majority of general plant utility services.

Sub-Sectors

MRO Industries We Support

General Manufacturing

Production lines stop when a flange gasket fails on a conveyor drive or compressor housing. We supply replacements cut to your plant's standard table dimensions, same day for stock materials.

Browse Soft-Cut Gaskets

Maintenance & Repair

Planned shutdowns and emergency breakdowns. Our stock depth and same-day cutting mean you get the right gasket when the clock is ticking — not a "close enough" substitute.

Facility Management

Facilities teams hit non-standard housings, aged pipework, manway covers, and electrical enclosure seals that don't match any catalogue size. We cut to your profile from CNAF, rubber, or neoprene, with same-day turnaround on standard sheet materials.

OEM Supply

OEM builders need gaskets that match spec run after run: consistent dimensions, traceable materials, and documentation their quality system will accept. We supply batch-cut parts under our ISO 9001:2015 system with full traceability on request.

Browse O-Rings

Pressure Vessels & Piping

Code-compliant pressure systems need replacement gaskets that match the original design intent: correct facing, material, and pressure class. Pressure class runs from Class 150 through 2500 — each step defines a higher pressure-temperature rating envelope for the flange. We cut to AS 1210:2010 and AS 4041:2006 nozzle dimensions and supply spiral wound gaskets for Class 300+ flanges.

Pumps, Valves & Rotating Equipment

Pump mechanical seals, valve packing, and rotating shaft seals are the most common replacement items in any maintenance store. We supply O-rings in NBR, FKM, and EPDM for valve bonnets and pump housings, plus braided compression packing for centrifugal and positive-displacement pumps.

Utilities & Boiler Rooms

Boiler rooms run steam, condensate, and thermal oil on different lines, each with different temperature limits. Flexible graphite handles steam service to 450 °C; CNAF covers water and low-pressure steam below 200 °C. We also supply tube-sheet and shell gaskets for plate and shell-and-tube heat exchangers, which are the most commonly replaced sealing items in any utility plant.

Browse Flexible Graphite

Compressed Air Systems

Compressor flanges, aftercooler joints, and receiver vessels. Nitrile and CNAF gaskets suit oil-lubricated air systems; PTFE or silicone alternatives for oil-free compressors and clean-air lines.

Browse Compression Packing

Custom Cutting & Field Supply

Non-standard flanges, one-off gaskets from a sample, or batch runs for OEM assembly. We cut to your drawing or supplied template. Sheet stock, tapes, and thread sealants also available for tradespeople doing their own field work.

Standards and Certifications

MRO work spans every flange table, pressure rating, and sealing material in industrial use. The standards below are the ones our maintenance, plant, and OEM customers most often write into purchase orders and inspection plans.

ASME B16.5 / B16.20 / B16.21

The dominant North American flange and gasket dimensional set. B16.5 covers Class 150–2500 raised- and flat-face flanges; B16.20 governs metallic gaskets (spiral wound, ring joint, jacketed) including the ASME-mandated colour code; B16.21 sets non-metallic flat gasket dimensions.

AS 2129 + AS/NZS 4087

Australian flange tables. AS 2129-2000 Tables D and E remain in widespread use across older industrial and water-utility plant; AS/NZS 4087:2011 covers the PN 16, PN 21, and PN 35 flange series used in modern waterworks and many post-2000 industrial installations.

AS 1210 + AS 4041

AS 1210:2010 is the Australian pressure-vessel code. Gaskets in pressure-vessel manways, body-flanges, and inspection openings must meet its design pressure and temperature envelope. AS 4041:2006 covers pressure piping, including flanged-joint requirements for steam, hot oil, and process service.

AS 3788:2018

In-service inspection of pressure equipment. The standard that sets the inspection intervals (and therefore the gasket replacement cadence) for boilers, vessels, and pressurised piping in Australian plant. Drives the bulk of scheduled MRO gasket work.

DIN 2690 / EN 1514-1 / JIS B 2220

International flange and gasket standards encountered on imported plant and OEM equipment. DIN 2690 and EN 1514-1:2024 cover European PN-series gaskets; JIS B 2220 covers Japanese flange dimensions found on Asian-sourced pumps, valves, and packaged equipment.

ISO 9001:2015

Quality management systems. Our certification covers the manufacturing, inspection, and traceability practices behind every gasket we cut. Material certificates, batch records, and dimensional inspection documentation are available on request for any order.

Common Questions

MRO Sealing FAQ

Compressed non-asbestos fibre (CNAF) handles most water, steam, and oil services below 200 °C and 40 bar. CNAF is not suitable for aggressive acids, strong caustics, or Kraft liquors — for those services, PTFE or graphite alternatives are required. See our Gasket Selection Guide for material matching.

Yes. We reverse-engineer gaskets from worn parts, hand sketches, photos, or DXF files daily. Send us dimensions or bring in a sample and we'll have a replacement cut, often within hours for standard materials.

We stock and cut gaskets to AS 2129-2000, ASME B16.21-2021, DIN 2690, EN 1514-1:2024, and JIS B 2220. For less common standards, we manufacture to any dimensional specification.

We carry metric and imperial O-ring kits in the most common general-MRO compounds — NBR (Nitrile), FKM (Viton), EPDM, and Silicone. Other compounds including Neoprene, HNBR, Kalrez, and Aflas are available as cord stock or individual O-rings. Cord stock is also available for cutting custom O-rings on site.

Same-day manufacturing is available for all standard sheet materials: CNAF, rubber, PTFE, and graphite. Call us directly for emergency orders and we'll prioritise your job.

A large portion of our work involves non-standard parts. We measure on site, work from old gaskets or drawings, and cut any profile from our material range.
