Fabric-Reinforced Diaphragm Sheet
Diaphragm Rubber
Diaphragm rubber is purpose-built for pump, valve, and actuator applications where a thin, flexible membrane must withstand repeated flexing under pressure. We supply fabric-reinforced diaphragm sheet in nitrile, neoprene, and Viton/Nomex constructions for chemical and temperature service from ambient to 200 °C.

Available Grades
Brands we stock: Reglin, DERA
Nitrile Diaphragm (NBR/Nylon)
The most common diaphragm construction — nitrile rubber with nylon fabric reinforcement. Excellent oil and fuel resistance with good flex life. Our standard grade for petroleum and hydraulic fluid service.
Neoprene Diaphragm (CR/Nylon)
Neoprene with nylon reinforcement for broader chemical compatibility and moderate oil resistance. Used in water, refrigerant, and general chemical service diaphragms.
Viton/Nomex Diaphragm (FKM/Nomex)
Premium Viton rubber with Nomex aramid fabric for high-temperature and aggressive chemical service. Used where nitrile or neoprene diaphragms cannot withstand the operating conditions.
