Polystyrene is a cost-effective, lightweight thermoplastic widely used for packaging, signage, and thermoforming applications. We stock polystyrene sheet in black (including high-gloss) and white, offering an economical solution for non-structural components where ease of fabrication and a clean finish are priorities.

HIPS Black
Standard high-impact polystyrene in matt black. Good impact resistance for a styrene-based material, easy to cut, thermoform, and glue. Our most popular polystyrene grade.
HIPS Black (High Gloss)
High-gloss black HIPS sheet with a mirror-like surface finish. Used for consumer-facing panels, display housings, and applications requiring a premium aesthetic.
HIPS White
White HIPS sheet offering the same impact and fabrication properties as the black grade. Suited to packaging, printed signage, and light-coloured display applications.
