Polyurethane

Polyurethane delivers exceptional abrasion resistance and tear strength — significantly outperforming conventional rubbers in wear applications. We stock solid PU sheet in Shore A 40 through Shore D 75 hardness and six colour options (gold, red, blue, green, yellow, black) for wear liners, bumper pads, and high-abrasion gasket applications.

Available Grades

Brands we stock: Redco, Pacific Urethanes

PU20 (60 Shore A)

Softer PU grade offering good flexibility with excellent abrasion resistance. Used for sealing and cushioning where conformability is needed alongside wear performance.

PU30 (80 Shore A)

Medium-hardness PU sheet balancing flexibility and load-bearing capacity. Our most popular grade for general wear liner and gasket applications.

PU40 (95 Shore A)

Hard PU sheet with maximum abrasion and cut resistance. Used in heavy-duty wear liners, scraper blades, and high-impact bumper pads.
