Available Grades
Brands we stock: Durafoam, Gardiner, Jehbco
EPDM Sponge (EP140)
Closed-cell EPDM sponge with excellent weather, ozone, and UV resistance. Our most popular sponge grade for outdoor and HVAC sealing applications.
EPDM Sponge (E4388)
Medium-density closed-cell EPDM conforming to E4388 specification. Good compression set resistance for long-term sealing applications.
Neoprene Sponge (CR-160)
Medium-density closed-cell neoprene sponge with moderate oil and flame resistance. Used in marine, HVAC, and general industrial cushioning.
Neoprene Sponge (ASTM D1056 2C-grades)
Closed-cell neoprene classified to ASTM D1056 (Type 2 Class C — oil-resistant). Good all-round resistance and widely specified for weather sealing and vibration isolation.
Silicone Sponge
Food SafeClosed-cell silicone sponge for extreme temperature sealing from -60 °C to +230 °C. FDA grades available for food and pharmaceutical applications.
Nitrile Sponge (NBR Foam)
Closed-cell nitrile foam with oil and fuel resistance. Used for cushioning and sealing in environments with hydrocarbon exposure.
PVC/Nitrile Closed-Cell Foam
Closed-cell foam blending PVC weather resistance with nitrile oil resistance. Combines the UV and ozone tolerance of PVC with the hydrocarbon compatibility of NBR in a single compound. Used for outdoor industrial enclosure seals and HVAC gaskets where both weather exposure and moderate oil contact are expected.
