Nickel, Titanium, Duplex, and Speciality Alloys for Critical Service
Exotic & Speciality Alloys
When standard stainless steels, copper, and aluminium reach their limits, we source from a broad range of exotic and speciality alloys to match the service conditions. From nickel superalloys for extreme temperature and chemical exposure, through duplex grades for chloride environments, to speciality copper and refractory alloys, we supply sheet and plate for gaskets, shims, and sealing components in the most demanding applications. If it exists as flat metal, we can usually source it.

Monel 400 / K-500
Nickel-copper alloys with excellent resistance to seawater, hydrofluoric acid, and alkaline media. K-500 adds age-hardening for higher strength. UNS N04400 / N05500.
Inconel 600 / 625
Nickel-chromium and nickel-chromium-molybdenum superalloys. Exceptional strength and corrosion resistance from cryogenic to 980 °C. Specified for the most demanding chemical, marine, and aerospace applications. UNS N06600 / N06625.
Inconel 718
Precipitation-hardened nickel-chromium superalloy with very high strength at elevated temperatures. Used in aerospace, nuclear, and high-performance sealing. UNS N07718.
Incoloy 800 / 825
Nickel-iron-chromium alloys with additions for resistance to both reducing and oxidising acids. 825 adds molybdenum and copper for sulphuric and phosphoric acid service. UNS N08800 / N08825.
Hastelloy C-276 / C-22
Nickel-molybdenum-chromium superalloys with near-universal corrosion resistance. Handles oxidising and reducing acids, chloride stress cracking, and pitting. The benchmark for aggressive chemical service. UNS N10276 / N06022.
Hastelloy B-2 / B-3
Nickel-molybdenum alloys with outstanding resistance to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures. UNS N10665 / N10675.
Titanium Grade 2 / Grade 5
Commercially pure titanium (Gr. 2) and Ti-6Al-4V alloy (Gr. 5). Outstanding strength-to-weight ratio with excellent resistance to chlorides, seawater, and oxidising acids. UNS R50400 / R56400.
Duplex 2205 (S31803)
Standard duplex stainless steel combining high strength with resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking. A cost-effective upgrade from 316L in moderately aggressive environments.
Super Duplex 2507 (S32750)
High-chromium, high-molybdenum duplex with exceptional pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion resistance. Specified for offshore, subsea, and aggressive chloride environments.
Alloy 20 (CN-7M)
Nickel-iron-chromium-molybdenum-copper alloy designed specifically for sulphuric acid service. Also resistant to phosphoric acid, nitric acid, and chloride environments. UNS N08020.
904L Super Austenitic
High-alloy austenitic stainless steel with excellent resistance to sulphuric and phosphoric acids. An upgrade from 316L where higher alloy content is needed without going to a full nickel alloy.
Phosphor Bronze
Copper-tin alloy with phosphorus additions for improved strength, fatigue resistance, and spring properties. Used for shims, washers, electrical contacts, and bearing components.
Cupro-Nickel (70/30, 90/10)
Copper-nickel alloys with outstanding seawater and marine corrosion resistance. Used for marine gaskets, desalination plant seals, and heat exchanger components.
Beryllium Copper
High-strength copper alloy with non-sparking properties. Used for specialised washers, shims, and sealing components in hazardous or explosive atmosphere applications.
Aluminium Bronze (Cu-Al)
Copper-aluminium alloy with exceptional resistance to seawater, biofouling, erosion-corrosion, and cavitation. High strength and wear resistance. Specified for marine hardware, valve components, pump wear rings, and propeller shaft seals.
