Grade 3 (Transformer Grade)
Standard transformer-grade Presspahn pressboard with consistent dielectric strength and good oil compatibility. Our primary grade for transformer insulation, coil winding barriers, and phase insulation in oil-filled and dry-type transformers.
Blue Presspahn
Blue-coloured cellulose pressboard. The most common colour for slot insulation and phase barriers. The distinctive colour provides easy visual identification during motor and transformer assembly.
Brown Presspahn
Brown cellulose pressboard suitable for general transformer insulation and coil winding applications. Available in the full thickness range from 0.13 mm to 3 mm.
Fawn Presspahn
Fawn-coloured cellulose pressboard for applications where alternative colour coding is required. Same dielectric and mechanical properties as blue and brown variants.
Anti-Static Presspahn (ESD-Dissipative)
Electrically dissipative cellulose pressboard for applications requiring controlled static discharge. Surface resistivity in the dissipative range (10⁶–10⁹ Ω/sq) prevents electrostatic charge build-up that can damage sensitive electronic components during assembly and service. Used in ESD-protected areas, cleanrooms, and electronics manufacturing.
