Carbon Fibre Gasket Sheet
Carbon fibre gasket sheet uses carbon (graphite) fibre reinforcement in a compressed non-asbestos fibre matrix for high-temperature and chemically aggressive service. Not to be confused with flexible graphite sheet, carbon fibre CNAF is a rigid compressed sheet material with superior creep resistance and thermal stability compared to aramid-based grades. We stock carbon fibre CNAF from multiple manufacturers for steam, chemical, and high-temperature sealing.

Klingersil C4324
Carbon fibre reinforced CNAF with enhanced chemical resistance. Suited to aggressive media including many acids, alkalis, and solvents where aramid grades degrade.
Klingersil C6327
FKM-bound carbon fibre sheet rated to 200 °C. Designed for aggressive chemical service including acids, solvents, and hydrocarbons requiring maximum chemical resistance.
Klingersil C8200
Steam specialist carbon fibre CNAF with excellent creep resistance and low relaxation under sustained bolt load. The preferred grade for critical high-temperature steam joints.
Garlock Style 9450
Carbon fibre/NBR sheet rated to 302 °C continuous and 482 °C intermittent — the highest-temperature compressed fibre product in the Garlock range. PxT limit of 19,600 bar × °C at 1/16" thickness. Handles saturated steam, water, oils, gasoline, aliphatic hydrocarbons, and most refrigerants.
Tesnit BA-C
Carbon fibre CNAF from Donit for chemical and high-temperature service. Good resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents beyond the range of aramid-based grades.
Tesnit BA-CF
High-temperature carbon fibre grade from Donit designed for demanding thermal service. Low creep relaxation ensures reliable sealing in sustained high-temperature applications.
